BPR Properties, a hospitality development and management company in North Carolina proposed developing a new project in Asheville, North Carolina in 2019. In order to give interested individuals an overview of the project, Charleston PR designed and wrote the content for a booklet to serve the purpose.

The project was designed by Kathy Hallen and copy was co-written by Laura Bright. The project won a 2019 Graphic Design America Award.
